I've spent my whole life oriented toward love. Not chasing it exactly, more like being pulled toward something I couldn't quite name, something I now understand was always pointing me back to myself.
In 2012, everything cracked open. What I thought was a love story turned out to be a catalytic awakening, the beginning of the most profound journey of my life. The connection I'd been moving toward my whole life didn't end where I thought it would. It became the doorway back to my own sovereign heart.
I spent years making sense of that experience, through writing, teaching, workshops, radio, video, and thousands of conversations with people walking the same terrain. And I realised something: this journey, as disorienting and painful as it can be, is actually one of the most powerful invitations a soul can receive.
At 18, I set an intention. I said: one day, no one will be able to blow out my candle.
I'm living inside that intention now. And my life's work is helping you find yours.
